Story:Taken into slavery, you are now a gladiator. Your only chance at freedom is to earn enough money in the arena to buy yourself back. Whether in a lowly arena on the outskirts of the Empire or in the Colosseum itself, a wide variety of opponents await: heavily armed charioteers, wild bulls, fellow gladiators and more. In a series of battles, from battle royales to one-on-one duels, you must entertain the crowds by spilling blood.
After battles, it's time to train. A series of minigames improves your attributes and your diet perfects your body. Study your rankings, play around with your special skills, and await the next battle.

This game is basically a gladiator simulator, it was released on the ps2 and it had several issues with the save data, since it would´t save, but trust me when I say that this game was and is awesome, I really hope this game gets a chance.
This game has almost no chance of ever being resurrected; an obscure PS2 exclusive gladiator simulator, originally titled "Gladiator: Road to Freedom" in Japan—obviously changed for western markets to avoid copyright issues with the film—that only ever accumulated modest sales and was quickly forgotten about. But it lives on in the memories of those who played it.
There is actually an upgraded version of this title called "Remix". If GOG somehow ever manages to get this game ported to PC I would love to have the Remix version officially translated into English, as it was never released outside of Japan. Thankfully most of the translation work is already done since the work done on the original could simply be applied to the Remix version.
Anyway, this game has a somewhat niche appeal but is incredibly fun with a fairly deep combat system. You play as a gladiator in an attempt to gain enough fame and fortune to earn your freedom from being a slave, which you have to do within a certain time limit of in-game days before reaching the conclusion.
I love that the game has dynamic combat, where you can lose your weapons mid-fight and have to resort to desperate measures, using anything you can scavenge from the battlefield to defeat your opponents. It truly captures the desperation and struggle to survive as an arena combatant and makes victory feel absolutely glorious—like you overcame the odds in a desperate struggle for survival.
If my memory is correct, the game has multiple endings based on your decisions in the story and performance as a gladiator, and it has high replay value due to its character creator. I originally bought this game back near launch, and I'm pretty sure I bought one of the only few copies released in my area. It's a pipe dream that this will ever get ported and released, but this is the "dreamlist" after all, isn't it? I'm simply doing my part in helping to see the games I love get a second lease on life and the attention they deserve.
This game was epic and the best of the gender, this game should be remember as the fathers in the video game history.

Lost OdysseyLost Odyssey is set in a world in which a "Magic-Industrial Revolution" is taking place. While magic energy existed in all living creatures beforehand, it suddenly became far more powerful thirty years before the beginning of the game. Because of this, it has affected society greatly, with devices called "Magic Engines" harnessing this power for lighting, automobiles, communication, and robots, among other uses. While previously only a select few could wield magic, many magicians gained the ability. However, such progress has also caused two nations to develop new and more powerful weapons of mass destruction. The kingdom of Gohtza and the Republic of Uhra (which recently converted from a monarchy). Uhra is building Grand Staff, a gigantic magic engine, while the heavily industrialized Gohtza actively pursues magic research of their own. A third nation, the Free Ocean State of Numara, remains isolated and neutral, though it is falling into disarray due to a general attempting to stage a coup d'etat. Uhra, at war with Khent, a nation of beastmen, sends its forces to the Highlands of Wohl for a decisive battle at the start of the game.Trending Open world

Each world has a key foe which must be defeated, although there are many mini-bosses, side quests and treasures to be found that contribute to character progression within the game, and give bonuses for their completion in the form of weapons, items, and bonus scenes.
The game uses an experience based progression system, with experience gained by defeating foes. Experience gained rises in relation to the strength of the foe, and is consistent for each enemy over the course of the game. Levels are gained with experience, and provide increases to stat attributes in strength, defence, magic, hit points, magic points and ability points, with a new, predetermined ability unlocked approximately every four levels. Enemies also drop a combination of four types of reward upon death, green orbs that replenish HP, blue, translucent bubbles that replenish MP, yellow diamonds that contribute funds to the in-game currency "Munny", and tiny chests that when picked up, add a item to the players inventory based on the foe defeated. Such items include those used to restore HP and MP, items to aid party members or synthesis materials which can be used to create weapons and armor.Action Fantasy Comedy
