Story:Cookie's Bustle is an adventure game in which the player guides Cookie throughout Dero City to guide her towards her goal of competing in the sports competition. The control scheme is very simple; Cookie moves on her own to follow the cursor wherever it's pointed on screen, and most actions can be taken by positioning her without clicking on anything. Once she actually enters the tournament, there are minigames for each of the sports.Show more

You've probably heard of this from how fiercely its copyright has been hounded over the past couple years. I actually checked it out before that started happening, and I gotta say- I don't think I've ever seen another point & click like this! It's weird, it's a little obtuse, it's hilarious, and it has not left my head since I first crossed paths with it. This game deserves to have new life breathed into it on its own merits, not just because some randos are trying to keep it hidden. Also, As For Dreams is a banger and it should be much easier to listen to.

Cookies Bustle is an incredible game. Beautiful, poignant and incredibly funny! I first heard about it from strange and out of context clips from a youtube channel that uploaded strange and out of context clips. But as more was discovered about it and it was eventually played we all learned just what a truly wonderful thing it really was! And now we might have a chance to bring it to the world at large. It deserves to be played!
I think this game needs to be preserved and made available as a message to copyright trolls that they are not able to control the flow of art and information just because they feel entitled as early fans.

It's a form of lost media that deserves to see the light of day. Extremely unique and there's a constant fight online to keep it obscure. It would be a real treat to actually see it available online forever preserved instead of kept in the darkness.

Its important this game is made available somewhere because some dirtbag is copyright claiming any video or images of it despite more than likely not actually owning any of the copyright.
Wholey unique game. It should be saved for all to see. Effectively an adventure game where a little girl goes on a journey of discovery. Due to copyright troll most are unable to see it's beauty. Free the bustle and save cookie!

Did you ever want to play a point-and-click where you join the olympics? That somehow evolves into a quest to save the world (to overly simplify things to not give spoilers for anyone who hasn't played or seen it)? ...And all as a five year old girl, who sees herself (and thus we see her) as a bear? This is the only game that offers all of that, and more. It is a wild, over-the-top, and very unique experience, and deserves to be preserved and made available for more people to experience.

Cookie's Bustle is a piece of art history. It needs to be preserved. So much art and music went into the creation of this game, and it's sorely missed by so many people, including me.

I first learned about Cookie's Bustle from the classicsofgame youtube channel ages ago and ever since I've been enamored. It's a very unique game and the copyright trolling surrounding it when more people started to cover it was really lame and very overtly anti-art. I think that's bad and everyone should be able to play Cookie's Bustle. It's truly An Experience.
The game deserves to be available not only on modern systems, but also for the rest of the world to try. All of this outside the copyright holders problem. Besides the gameplay, the graphics also deserves some look.
Those games also need your vote!

Freelancer
FreelancerEight hundred years prior to the start of our story, bitter conflict divided all of mankind. A handful of colonists struck out on their own to begin anew - far away from the Earth and its turmoil. Several ships were launched with enough equipment and supplies to give the hundreds onboard a fighting chance - but since the area around far-off Sirius had never been surveyed, no one really knew what to expect. What they found was a new frontier of free-flowing natural resources, unexplored territories, great wonders and lurking dangers. Each ship, representing the clusters of people and their earthly place of origin, settled into different parts of the galaxy pre-selected by their ship-board computer to give them the best chance of survival. Life was hard in the beginning, but over the 800 years the different colonies prospered and expanded their territories, claiming more and more systems for their own. Survival and propagation eventually led to growth and profit as each of the colonies developed specialties and fostered commerce. As the colonies grew and time passed their connections with their roots on Earth dwindled and they lost their memories of the conflicts of the past. Soon their attention was dominated by new, more immediate conflicts. Feelings of lost ancestral connection spurred anachronism in the look of the great cities, and created a somewhat distorted image of each colony's cultural heritage. In the ever-expanding outer edge of the territories, frontier lawlessness prevailed. The Houses: Each shipboard colony that left Earth carried some memory of its origins in its name. The Liberty carried Americans, The Bretonia flew from The United Kingdom and surrounding territory, The Kusari from Asia, and the Rheinland launched with Germanic cargo. As each ship settled and colonies began to expand, they knew little about each other and their advancing development. Finally, little by little, the individual colonies found each other and began to set up trade routes to link their systems for commerce and solidarity. Today, with each colony firmly rooted in its respective corner of the galaxy, the colonies rely heavily on each other for trade and industry but also compete for resources and new territories in the Border Worlds. The colonies mandate member governments in "The New Alliance" within the Sirius sector. To control conflicts, each colony has forged alliances and treaties with others as they have grown. Competition remains fierce, however. Struggles rage for supremacy in business, commerce, resources, power and control. There can be tenuous peace between colonies' political agendas, but the grabs for holdings constantly unsettle the volatile frontier.

King's Field: Pilot Style
King's Field: Pilot StyleThe three King's Field PS1 games form a trilogy relating the saga of a mythical country named Verdite. King's Field 1 (released only in Japan) was the first RPG for the Playstation console and King's Field 2 (released as "King's Field" in the US and EU) was the first ever Playstation RPG in the US and Europe. King's Field: Pilot Style is a mini game whose story takes place in the period between King's Field 2 and King's Field 3. Pilot Style was given away as a promotional item at a game show in Japan and went relatively unnoticed. It only takes about an hour to complete, but it is an interesting tidbit in the King's Field world.
