Sonic SpeedwaySonic Speedway is an LCD game created for distribution at McDonald's restaurants. They were offered as a part of Happy Meals for a limited time in 2003. There are two main buttons on the game which control left and right movement.
Sonic controls a F-1 racecar and must navigate through a race course filled with other drivers. There are three lanes that can be moved about with one lane always left open. The other lanes are occupied by other vehicles. For each row of vehicles avoided a point is added to the score. For every 30 points the level and speed increase with 4 levels total. If the player crashes 5 times in a single level the game ends.Action

The player races off — despite Samantha's warnings — only to be ambushed by a mysterious driver in a rage that totals his Skyline. Wipeout 3 Special EditionWipeout 3 Special Edition isn’t just a slight improvement on Wip3out – it’s a full-blown greatest hits compilation. The highly refined futuristic racing gameplay is lifted directly from the third game, complete with idiosyncracies such as the boost button and weapons like the Force Wall, and its tracks, vehicles and music all come over too. However, there are some slight physics tweaks and two prototype tracks, previously exclusive to the Japanese version of the original game. Those aren’t the real story though – that honour belongs to the eight tracks lifted from previous WipEout games for the Classic League, three from the original and five from 2097. As well as offering the opportunity to play through classic races with the new vehicles and weapons, the Classic League displays the old locations with a new lick of paint, adding scenery and tidying things up to the standards expected of a PlayStation release in the year 2000.
Wipeout XLWipEout XL is set in the year 2097, around four decades after its predecessor. Instead of the F3600 anti-gravity racing competition, the game features an even faster and more dangerous tournament: the F5000 AG league. The gameplay system is similar to that of the previous game: players race against each other or computer in high-speed futuristic environments, liberally picking up weapons scattered around the stages and using them against the opponents to finish the race in the highest position.Action Science fiction
Tokyo Xtreme Racer 3Tokyo Xtreme Racer 3 (or 首都高バトル 01 in the Japanese release) was released for the PlayStation 2 in 2003 as part of Genki's Shutokou Battle series. This entry in the series was released two years after the previous game, Tokyo Xtreme Racer: Zero.
Much like other entries in the series, the objective is to become the fastest racer on the highways of Japan, but unlike those before it, TXR3 allows the players to race in Nagoya and Osaka instead of just Tokyo, and the Tokyo map is expanded to include the Yokohama area. In addition, this title adds a weather cycle.
TXR3 includes a fully-licensed list of cars from a variety of Japanese, American, and European manufacturers instead of the old car model designation method of "Type-(technical model name)", and furthermore, the car list itself was culled of many repeat models so to simplify and reduce the number of cars. The A, B, and C car designations were also removed.
Graphically speaking, Tokyo Xtreme Racer 3 is a definite improvement over previous entries. Car models feature a higher polygon count and are much more extensively detailed and lighting effects were also greatly improved, featuring light streaking effects, road reflections and higher quality car reflections.
Ridge Racer RevolutionRidge Racer Revolution is the PlayStation sequel of Ridge Racer. Like the original Ridge Racer, the player races against eleven other computer-controlled cars. The game adds two hidden cars for the player to unlock, and 2-player support.
LEGO RacersLego Racers is set in the fictional Legoland universe, the game depicts Rocket Racer, the "greatest racing champion" in Legoland. After becoming bored from beating everyone at racing, he decides to create a racing contest, and finds the best racers in the history of Legoland using a dimensional warp machine created by his friend, Veronica Voltage, a genius scientist and mechanic. The player takes on the hosts and co-racers in an attempt to beat Rocket Racer and become the "Greatest Lego Racer of All Time".Kids
