The music at the start of the game brings chills every time i hear it. The gameplay with its time slow or speed up mechanics mAkes it really challenging. The evolution of your structures is pleasing and hearing the iconic 'they've nuked us' is still a blast. Such unusual gameplay must be preserved. As for the samurai, graphics, music and playability makes it a worthy candidate for a vote.
Mega-lo-mania was one of the first games I played using the mouse on the MS-DOS! It is the oldest tower defense ever, as far as I remember! I spent hours and hours developing my civilization and attacking others!
The best part was the huge difference it made developing your people's tech: sometimes you would attack an enemy with airplanes, when all they had to defend themselves were bows and arrows!

Devil May Cry 4: Collector's EditionThe player plays as Nero throughout most of the game. He is equipped with the Red Queen sword, Blue Rose revolver, and the powers of his Devil Bringer. The Red Queen features an Exceed Gauge that can be charged up, allowing for subsequent attacks that are more powerful than regular slashes, until the gauge empties. Nero also has the powers of his Devil Bringer, and can use it to pull himself towards enemies or vice versa.
