My first introduction into the cyberpunk world !! In '88 when i had a real life connection into the C64 warez-scene, 14 year old me had never heard of things called cyberpunk, dystopia, ... This game opened up a whole new fantasy setting for me, and i was hooked !!

Unfortunately, I never played the game. I remember reading a review/guide for the game in an old copy of a C64 magazine. This was what got me interested in cyberpunk and later buying a copy of the book, as I could not get a copy of the game.

The YouTube channel Matt Chat has a Neuromancer episode with Becky Burger (one of the original programmers). She was not sure anyone would still want this game but would consider doing a remaster if anyone still cares about it. If you really want this, go to Matt Chat and comment. I'm sure Matt Barton will pass it along to her! I loved this game when it first came out and want to see it again!

I enjoyed reading Neuromancer, Burning Chrome and Mona Lisa Overdrive when they came out so it was fun playing Interplay's adaptation of the story. The inclusion of DEVO's "Some Things Never Change" was pretty cool, too.
I was introduced to the Cyberpunk genre in college in the mid 80's and was consumed by it all. I got this game as soon as it came out and started playing it on the Commodore 64 and was never able to finish it. I loved the Devo soundtrack and I used to put the game on just to play the soundtrack. I would love the chance to go back to this game and actually complete it. I loved being a hacker and trying to get into places in this game. I never did know anyone else that played this game.

True Crime: Streets of LA
True Crime: Streets of LATrue Crime: Streets of LA is a free-roaming driving and action game similar in concept to Grand Theft Auto III. The game's structure is mission-based; most of the missions are dictated by the story and initiate following a cutscene that advances it. Failing a mission still allows the player to continue playing through the chapter and undertake subsequent missions; in some cases this will lead to branching paths and optional missions. However, in order to complete the whole chapter the player must eventually succeed in all the main missions.
