Shadowalker
ShadowalkerShadowalker is a side-scrolling action game for mobile phones. Players take control of Phoenix Shadowalker, a mysterious female bounty hunter that earns bounty by protecting the villagers from the evil spirits at sea. Strange ghostly creatures have been appearing during the night and kidnapping children from the villages. The frightened villagers have turned to Shadowalker, whom they've turned their backs on, to stop them and she follows the ghosts to investigate the reasons for the kidnappings! The protagonist can use her sword and the gun she picks up to fight enemies and will automatically switch to shooting when an enemy is far from her, however, Shadowalker can't shoot while jumping. Throughout the game, Shadowalker will also unlock additional skills such as double jumping. Money earned in levels can be spent in stores on better weapons and armor, which can also be found inside chests in some of the levels. All the unlocked levels and stores are shown on a world map; however, they cannot be replayed.

Road Runner
Road RunnerThe player takes on the role of the Road Runner - from the much-loved Warner Bros. cartoon series - and must outrun and outsmart the villainous Wile E. Coyote, in this abstract sideways-scrolling racing game from Atari. A variety of traps and pitfalls await the Road runner (such as a cannon, land mines, cliff-top drop etc.) which must be carefully avoided. It is possible, however, to lure Wile E. Coyote into these traps to put some valuable distance between the Road Runner and his pursuer. Road Runner must also eat the piles of seed that appear at various points throughout the stages, as missing five bird seeds will cause Road Runner to faint and result in the player losing a life. Road Runner's colourful, beautifully-drawn graphics capture the spirit and humour of the legendary cartoons perfectly. The music and sound effects are also faithful to the cartoon series.

Kid Gloves
Kid GlovesAlthough not released for 8-bit systems, this platform game has a definite Commodore 64 feel to it. Bright primary colours and smiling characters are used to tell the tale of Kid's journey to rescue his girlfriend. The levels feature an assortment of enemies to kill, including snakes, elves and crocodiles, as well as flames and spinning wheels. Many of these appear during the level, forcing you to plan for them. You have 10 lives, but the loss of one resets the level to its original state. The initial coin-throwing is pretty weedy, but better weapons (as well as extra lives and smart bombs) can be bought in the shop, which appears every 5 screens. The levels are flick-screen, and can usually be finished in different ways, which results in different starting positions on the next screen, and you can travel back and forth through them, for example to pick up bonuses which are visible but not accessible as the level starts.
