Raidou 1 is the rare game that makes up for mediocre gameplay with sheer STYLE and writing where the creators actually caring about its unusual setting. It's also a super rare game in general, being from the era where Atlus USA did tiny print runs and only did reprints of their most popular titles during the next console generation. Of course, I have to note SOME kind of re-release has essentially already been confirmed: They publicly noted the game topped an official poll on what to remake, and accidentally changed the Nocturne re-release's achievements. The question is if it will be as awful as the Nocturne one was, and just how many of the sequel's gameplay improvements will be backported.

Jet-Boot Jack
Jet-Boot JackMusic notes have escaped throughout the world, and Jet-Boot Jack must collect them up. There are ten levels, the first five of which can be played from the main menu. Gameplay is platform-based, and largely involves progressing down the levels, using holes and moving platforms. Enemies hover over the holes, but these can be disabled by toggling the right switches. There are also timing-based hazards such as arrows emerging from walls and lazer beams - contact with any of these costs one of your five lives. You also lose a life if you run out of energy. Some levels vary the format by requiring you to simply collect every note on a single screen, which has regeneration points and one-way platforms.
