Farming-Simulator 2009
Farming-Simulator 2009The sequel to the popular "Farming Simulator" contains plenty of new features and improvements. Take on the role of a young farmer on an island and experience everyday life in the countryside. Choose from many vehicles and equipment and explore the island which is over 4 km square in size and freely accessible. Play the improved career mode, beginning with a sparsely equipped farm and some old outdated vehicles. Your goal is to whip the farm into shape, extending the vehicle fleet and becoming a successful farmer. Through various activities such as plowing fields, seeding, pressing bales and the final harvest, you build up the financial resources necessary to allow you to buy better equipment. Visit the local agricultural machinery store to buy new vehicles and equipment or sell your old machines. You can choose from 7 very elaborate tractors, 4 combine harvesters and over 20 machines including ploughs, seeders, balers and a self-loading wagon. Thanks to the co-operation with the AGCO corporation, owner of the famous Fendt brand, you take control of very sophisticated tractors and combine harvesters. Due to the additional collaboration with Poettinger there are also many of their authentic tools available. And if this variety of machinery still does not meet your needs, you can download plenty of vehicles, equipment and other modifications from the Internet. Because of the improved mod system you are able to install the new content easily and automatically. The new "Farming Simulator" also contains many different missions and tutorials as well as a realistic day and night cycle with changing weather conditions. Furthermore you can activate computer-controlled vehicles which help you to get your work done faster!

Tank
TankPlayers move their tanks through a maze on screen, avoiding mines and shooting each other. The tanks are controlled by two joysticks in a dual configuration. Pushing both joysticks will move the player's tank forward, and pulling them both back causes the tank to stop. Moving the right joystick forward while pulling the left joystick back will cause the tank to turn right, while reversing the motion will cause the tank to turn left. The players are represented by one black and one white tank sprite, and mines are denoted by an "X". Points are scored by shooting the opponent or when a player runs over a mine; the player with the highest score at the end of the time limit wins the game. Tank was also one of very few games to be ported onto 1st generation consoles, usually under the title "Tank Battle".

Shark Jaws
Shark JawsShark Jaws is a 1 player arcade game by Atari Inc. originally released in 1975. Atari head Nolan Bushnell originally tried to license the Jaws name for the game, but was unable to secure a license from Universal Pictures. Deciding to go ahead with the game anyway, it was retitled Shark JAWS, with the word Shark in tiny print and JAWS in large all caps print to create greater prominence. Bushnell also created a second hidden subsidiary corporation, Horror Games - the previous being Kee Games, to help isolate Atari from possible lawsuit. The player controls a deep-sea diver trying to catch small fish while avoiding a great white shark that is trying to eat him. Points are scored by running over the fish to catch them.

Spasim
SpasimSpasim (abbreviation of 'space simulation') was a 32-player 3D networked computer game by Jim Bowery involving 4 planetary systems with up to 8 players per planetary system, released in March 1, 1974. Jim Bowery claims that it is the very first 3D multiplayer game and has offered reward of US $500 to anyone who could document an example of a multiplayer 3D virtual reality game prior to Spasim. In Spasim the players flew around in space and to each other they appeared as wire-frame space ships. Their positions were updated about every second. The game was played on the PLATO computer system, and was heavily influenced by another PLATO space multiplayer game Empire. Later 3D multiplayer games on the PLATO network included airace by Silas Warner that evolved into airfight (by Brand Fortner), and then spawned Panther by John Edo Haefeli at NW University. Atari, Inc had a PLATO account and Panther is said to be the origin of Battlezone while airfight led up to Sublogic's Microsoft Flight Simulator. Also, Panther was developed into the more sophisticated Panzer by the US Army.

Killer Shark
Killer SharkKiller Shark is a first-person light-gun shooter arcade game that was published by Sega in 1972. The objective of the game is for the player is to repeatedly shoot the approaching sharks. The arcade received moderate success, but gained considerable notoriety after it was featured in the 1975 movie Jaws, seen being played by a gamer at a local beachside arcade in the community of Amity Island. This bit of levity left a major impression on audiences and made Killer Shark the first, and most famous shark arcade game ever.
