TSW hit me like no other MMO, and like very few games in general. The lore, the story, the locations, all of that is so unique had a deep impact on me. I still want to visit the locations shown in the game to this day (minus the horrors, ideally). It's investigation type missions were nothing like I've ever encountered in a game. It was my comfort game, and I thought my MMO to be. So when they decided to switch over to SW:L and reset everyone's progress it was heart wrenching. Years later I downloaded it after all, and it just feels so weird and complex with the new progression system and loot boxes and the likes. I just wish for the old game I knew and loved to be back, be it single player or MMO, and visit all those wonderous locations again, and relive this feeling of being a teenager that can't wait to log in to play this game.

I’ve spent thousands of hours in this game! I love the world, the atmosphere, the characters, and how much love and attention was put into the details. I’d love for more people to be able to enjoy it the way I did
I remember seeing a trailer for this for the first time as a kid everything is true gods it had me hooked from then I returned to so many time and through so many stages of my life to this day I’ve never found anther mmo or even game that captured the feeling of the secret worlds. It truly to the day holds a special place in my memories the class system the fact levels didn’t exist the lore and gods even the uniform for the factions it was so good.
It's one of the few games that is set in the modern world with a fantastic twist. The story is both familiar and unique, so it's easy to immerse yourself in the game without having to learn a lot of backstory about the world. You know what New York or London is, so now you can just enjoy the secret societies and rampaging monsters that you are tasked with sending back to their holes. The game play is fun. The story is excellent. The Graphics are good. It's definitely a game that can be enjoyed for a long time and deserves to be playable by more people.

Secret world was an amazing original IP from Ragnar Tornquist that was woefully mismanaged by the Funcom Ceo of the time, whom was hence under investigation for insider trading. It was unique, interesting, scary, and it never got the chance it deserved.

I loved the original TSW - such a unique and rich story! So much was lost in translation when they tried to updated to Secret World: Legends. I would LOVE to have access to the original game again!

The original game was a unique experience that had never been done before nor since. A modern day rpg with a deep and fulfilling storyline by the author of classics like The Longest Journey. The Secret World offered a mix of combat, stealth, and even ARG-like investigations requiring players to learn things about the real world which seamlessly integrated into the game. I will forever have fond memories of this title, and consider myself lucky to have been able to share at least part of it via Legends with my wife. I would love it to be resurrected in a (preferably a single player or coop mode) way that I could even potentially share with my children in the future.
Utterly unique atmosphere and world building. There really is nothing else like it and those of us who got to try the original game have searched for something similar ever since, but over a decade later the game remains unique. My friends and I would flock to pick up a remade version of the secret world, either in the original MMO format or as an offline adaptation. If for no other reason, just to inhabit that world again, and to experience the atmosphere and the story again

The original Secret World is the best lore, character design and modern feeling game that as ever be done with flaws in UI design. No other game has this feeling and will never have because it was made with passion.
There is no other game quite like tsw I loved this game the idea of all these myths, legends, etc being real and coexisting in the game is what first brought me to this game. I would love to see it saved

The Prophecy
The ProphecyThis point and click adventure takes a fantasy setting in which the player acts as a wizard called Ween, deemed to be "good", taking on a less good one. To fulfill the titular prophecy the wizard has been given a limited time of three days during which he must go on a quest, solving various puzzles along the way, to be rewarded with three grains of sand, that he must place in an hourglass what eventually will result in killing an evil wizard. Objects around the levels are always detected by the cursor, making each screen and the challenges quick to comprehend. Like the company's Gobliins Series, the interface is simplified, and the game has a heavier focus on self-sufficient puzzles than other traditional adventures. The game experiments with the toning of the graphics, using a faux-sepia style outside and some bright colours inside, which changes the atmosphere somewhat. As one of not many titles of those days, two times during the game, the player makes a choice of taking one of the paths which results in different puzzles to be solved.

Freelancer
FreelancerEight hundred years prior to the start of our story, bitter conflict divided all of mankind. A handful of colonists struck out on their own to begin anew - far away from the Earth and its turmoil. Several ships were launched with enough equipment and supplies to give the hundreds onboard a fighting chance - but since the area around far-off Sirius had never been surveyed, no one really knew what to expect. What they found was a new frontier of free-flowing natural resources, unexplored territories, great wonders and lurking dangers. Each ship, representing the clusters of people and their earthly place of origin, settled into different parts of the galaxy pre-selected by their ship-board computer to give them the best chance of survival. Life was hard in the beginning, but over the 800 years the different colonies prospered and expanded their territories, claiming more and more systems for their own. Survival and propagation eventually led to growth and profit as each of the colonies developed specialties and fostered commerce. As the colonies grew and time passed their connections with their roots on Earth dwindled and they lost their memories of the conflicts of the past. Soon their attention was dominated by new, more immediate conflicts. Feelings of lost ancestral connection spurred anachronism in the look of the great cities, and created a somewhat distorted image of each colony's cultural heritage. In the ever-expanding outer edge of the territories, frontier lawlessness prevailed. The Houses: Each shipboard colony that left Earth carried some memory of its origins in its name. The Liberty carried Americans, The Bretonia flew from The United Kingdom and surrounding territory, The Kusari from Asia, and the Rheinland launched with Germanic cargo. As each ship settled and colonies began to expand, they knew little about each other and their advancing development. Finally, little by little, the individual colonies found each other and began to set up trade routes to link their systems for commerce and solidarity. Today, with each colony firmly rooted in its respective corner of the galaxy, the colonies rely heavily on each other for trade and industry but also compete for resources and new territories in the Border Worlds. The colonies mandate member governments in "The New Alliance" within the Sirius sector. To control conflicts, each colony has forged alliances and treaties with others as they have grown. Competition remains fierce, however. Struggles rage for supremacy in business, commerce, resources, power and control. There can be tenuous peace between colonies' political agendas, but the grabs for holdings constantly unsettle the volatile frontier.

Drakensang is the first PC game for over 10 years to be based on Germany's most successful and popular role-play system. Drakensang builds on the pen & paper rules as applied in version 4.0. The developers have optimized the rulebook specially for the PC realization in order to make the game more accessible. But the essential qualities and the depth of the original rules have not been compromised.
