Story:Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen is set a few years after the defeat of Megatron in the first game. The game is a linear third-person shooter that puts the player in control of many of the main characters from the movie, shifting between both Autobot and Decepticon factions.

This was a big step up from the first game with meaningful range and melee combat. Multiplayer was actually good and more balanced from what i recall. What i didn't realize then which i know now is that this had the barest blueprint of what we call now a hero-shooter. You got a primary, a secondary and a special, additional combat mechanics that worked smoothly with no problem was the use of transformation attacks. Funnily enough the story/campaign of this game was way better than the movie. Play this instead of watching the actual movie.
