Story:In the year 2002 AD, incurable diseases and unseen raise in criminal activities have brought the human society onto the verge of collapse. By that time, genetic engineering became so highly developed that it was finally possible to produce cybernetic organisms functioning like humans for all purposes. However, since the authorities were hesitant in their treatment of the cyborgs, they began joining criminal organizations, which used them as formidable soldiers in their battles against the Establishment. Eventually, a mercenary organization known as Blade Warrior was hired to confront them. Sou, one of the youngest members of the team, is sent to deal with a gang of marauding cyborgs in the city's shady area, without realizing that this mission will be just the beginning of a dangerous journey.Show more

A very anime inspired game in a time where I had never seen anime. A beat-em-up in PC, which wasn't common. Fast gameplay, which wasn't common in beat-em-ups. Also, it was really hard. Made in Korea. An uncommon game even back then.

Dead or Alive 4
Dead or Alive 4Dead or Alive 4 is a fighting game and the fourth major title in the Dead or Alive video game series, its plot following the events of the 2001 title Dead or Alive 3. Dead or Alive 4 features 22 playable characters and many multi-tiered and interactive fighting arenas. DOA4 has a number of updates in reference to previous titles. Characters' move lists have been vastly updated and four new characters have been added to the fighting roster, with returns from a couple of past characters as well. The counter system has been tightened, making the window for counters shorter and more difficult to execute, and the amount of damage that counters inflict has been changed.

Dead or Alive
Dead or AliveDead or Alive is a fighting game and the first entry in Team Ninja's long-running Dead or Alive series. Its most defining features were its speed and countering system. Dead or Alive put an emphasis on speed, and relied more on simplistic commands and reaction time. Furthermore, its countering system was the first in the fighting genre to utilize different commands that corresponded to each type of attack. There are two kinds of holds, an Offensive Hold (OH) and a Defensive Hold (DH). The latter are executed by holding back or forward on the directional pad along with the guard input to either force away or counter-damage an opponent. The Playstation port of the game was later backported for arcade and titled Dead or Alive++.

The Legend of Kage
The Legend of KageThe Legend of Kage is a 1985 arcade game by Taito and was released for several contemporary video game home systems in 1986. The player is armed with a kodachi shortsword and an unlimited amount of shuriken. Grabbing a crystal ball causes the player character's Kage's clothes to change to the next level in colour and thereby attain certain powers (bigger shuriken and/or faster speed); if Kage is hit while in green or orange clothes, he does not die but revert to his normal red clothes. Grabbing a scroll causes Kage to stand still and meditate for several seconds while approaching enemies drop to the ground dead (although the scrolls appear in the arcade version, the crystal balls do not). This MSX version was brought without a license to the SG-1000 in Taiwan.
