so i'm trying to do the Hands quest Run This Town except i can't get on the elevator to go up to him, no matter what i do it won't open, tried sleeping to pass the time, fast traveling, doing other quests, reloading saves but nothing works. to make it even worse i can't even do his gigs until after i do this quest so i'm locked out of a big part of the expansion until i get this mission finished.

It's happening to a good amount of people. Gonna have to wait for V2.02

I'm having a problem with this quest as well; after speaking to Jago near the beginning of the quest (when V is disguised as Aguilar) the game completely freezes up when disabling the disguise/changing back to V.
Happened multiple times, can't progress past it at all.

Same tried fresh boot.
Tried waiting (CTD)
Tried loading from an old save.

Game crashes when the prompt to exit disguise appears.
