I would totally play this - Battlestar Galactica is a pretty damn good game and I love the concept. I'd totally play a ground based combat version of that WEGO system. I'd even maybe like to see a "metamap" where you deploy the fleet as you see fit, with transports loaded with troops and such so you sort of have to manage your resources.

This....the universe seems like it'd pair well with an FPS, yet they always want to make strategy games with the IP.
(This is not to say it might not be fun to buy/play, though)

There already is a Starship Troopers FPS game. Although that one is mediocre at best.

I bought the box in a supermarket some years ago. But the game is pretty much a painfully average 5/10.

Slitherine mostly/ deals in strategy games so I'm thinking it will be more likely a strategy game rather then a straight up FPS.

I really hope they stick closer to the movie version of the story, and less the book.
