Hi there. Since there are lots of knowledgeable folks around, and many love their devices, I would like to ask for advice on getting some headphones that completely encircle the ears. What I ask from them:

- That they can work wirelessly.
- That they are comfortable to wear and cover the ears completely. If around the ears, better.
- That they remain reasonably comfortable in hot weather.
- It would be very nice that they have noise cancellation, and that said noise cancellation can be used even without any music playing, just silence.
- The main use: watching streaming platforms on a PC or mobile device. Listening to music. Maybe playing games, once I have them (I have wired headphones that are OK for working at a computer, but too short for the other uses)

I guess that there might be headphones that do all that reasonably well for less than 100 EUR/$? But if you think that it is worth going further, I would consider 200 EUR/$, tops. If you can suggest headphones in the two ranges, that would be nice.

So, let the sharing begin.

Sennheiser HD 4.50 BTNC. My main gripe with this model was that after a while I would feel pressure on my head, some level of discomfort there. Also, I would not recommend using them in a humid/hot climate.

Hope the link provided is good.
Forgot to add, listening to music with these is a real joy. Oftentimes I would go for a walk in intense traffic, all I could hear was the music.

I was actually considering these. Why did you mention humid/hot climate?
I've only used wired ones, but AKG are solid and provide decent value for money normally.

They tend to warm up relatively fast, or at least that was my experience. In a cold climate that was not much of an issue, but during the rare hot days I used to avoid them at all costs.
I guess it's down to personal preference after all.
Other than that, I was very happy with them.
I should mention you can use them wired as well. All in all, you can't go wrong with this model, don't know the price around here, back when I bought them I paid roughly €100. That was 2 years ago.

Thanks for the input!

Have found these:

Close to 200 $, though.

Active noise cancelling and volume limiting for safety.

Carradice:
Haven't heard of Puro before, apparently a family run company. That particular model somewhat mimics Sennheiser's design. They look nice.
Here's another idea, for those interested.

My previous pair were the ones listed at the bottom, the small ones.
