So this may only be relevant to just me and one other nerd, but things have gone down at SomethingAwful. Former home of some of the greatest Let's Players I have witnessed. Some of them have even been at this for as long as the art of Let's Play has existed.

However, those great let's players decided that they had had enough of Lowtax's outbursts, and one of them had been meaning to make a new website anyway. Independent now of Something Awful, it still has many familiar faces, such as ChipCheezum, Thornbrain, and Voidburger, but of course not limited to, and will likely grow as well.

What outbursts? I only know Lowtax from his appearances in retsupurae, and he seemed sort of alright there, then again his last appearance was several years ago.

Must you pay to be registered at lp.zone? From what I hear it's what made SA great by keeping the trolls away, but it's also what kept my cheap ass away.

There is no :10bux: happening at this new forum; rather it is supported by patreon. As for the outbursts, this is only what I've heard from VoidBurger in a recent Stardew Valley steam. Every few years it seems Lowtax has something of a Midlife Crisis, and he lashes out at the forum during these times.
