mystikmind2000: Well i would not be too bothered with modern infantry being able to do some damage to a tank, but in real life, the reality is that infantry without anti tank simply get out of the way of the tank. That is also not properly represented in the game since only some fast units can evade.
At a tactical scale, yeah. But a game where 1 turn=2 years and 1 square=100km is very, VERY not tactical. At the strategic scale, the infantry getting out of the way, then blowing up the tanks' fuel depot and destroying roads to entrap them and finish them off later with explosives or molotov cocktails would look just like it does in civ : "Tanks attacks infantry, and by freak luck infantry wins"
mystikmind2000: Or if your french infantry, you get out of the way of the tank and then go and find someone to surrender too!! lol
Oooookaaaay... Question : did you look at my localization before you called my grandfather a coward?
I know it's supposed to be a "joke", but geez, getting called cowards because we lost a war against a stronger country 80 years ago is getting reeeeaaaaaal old. Especially when members of my family fought bravely (and yeah, were captured when their unit got cut off and surrounded) in that war.
