Symphony8: The one that got me recently was the FREE Warhammer 40K: Rites of War email.

I'm not upset. I just felt like sharing that fact.
The email said 'Free game with Warhammer 40K: Gladius' and 'FREE Warhammer® 40,000: Rites of War for pre-ordering Warhammer 40,000: Gladius' which isn't wrong or misleading,

It's worth remembering the newsletters have a set character limit, and when its a big selling point, it's going to be the main focus of the subject. I hope this sheds a little light on the process!
