Not sure how to raise it with the GOG staff, I tried, but couldn't get through that terribly dumb virtual assistant.

Yuppie Psycho shows as part of Neon Dreams sale, but no discount is visible nor applied. See the attached screenshot.

Is it on sale? Then why is price not reduced?
Is it not on sale? Then why does it show when I click and enter the sale page?

It's like those zen koans. Makes you ponder.

I don't think it's on sale.
The presentation of these events can be a bit confusing, the "sale" page is actually a collection of titles around the theme of the event, which doesn't necessarily mean they are all on sale, some are and some are not.
Known bug, the filter currently does not work correctly.

It's one of the many wonders of the English (and other) language(s): sometimes, words can have multiple meanings.

In this case: something being "on sale" can mean two things:

1) it's being offered to purchase, and
2) it's being sold at a discounted price.

Therefore, things can be "on sale" (= offered to purchase) without being discounted.
Gracias, grazie, danke!

Also: GOG what you doing, GOG stahp. I have been with GOG for long. I still have feelings. But seriously, they need to get their sh!t together.

The chatbot knows about refunds and a few basic technical issues about some games. Basically, when prompted say your issue is "other" twice and that should let you create a support ticket. See either my complaint post or staff directions for the exact wording.

Alternatively, you can try e-mailing support (at) gog (dot) com

If you're looking at a sale page, you can check "Show only discounted" to filter them out. Unfortunately, if you filter your wishlisted by Discounted, you're going to see these full-price games.

I pointed this out in Click for Adventure sale is still missing discounts and others chimed in to say they've noticed it for other sales as well.

I actually don't see Yuppie Psycho listed on the Neon Dreams sale page. But if I check "Show only discounted" then one game gets filtered out from the total listed above. All of the other themed sales seem fine. No idea whether that's just a coincidence or someone is actually working to fix things.
I've posted threads on this over the past 2 - 3 weeks...

... posted replies on this issue to threads bringing this up (even asking for mod involvement / communication)...

... posted on GOG's reddit...

... and contacted GOG support.

No answer.

Nothing.

That game is not included in the sale.

I suppose some hiccup on GOG's side, in regard to the "from your wishlist" sub department of the sale.

Could have to do with the tags that are attached to the titles in this sale (and to OP's "Yuppie Psycho").

A quick comparison, between the OP's wishlisted game, one game from my wishlist (which is part of this sale) and a third, randomly picked, game from the sale, resulted in at least seven (7) tags that are applied to all three games.
Two of the games shared another two tags.

That one game, that gets filtered out, is the free prologue to "Lacuna".

Ice_Mage:
Sorry, should have been more clear: I meant it's not among the games shown on the sale's page.
Well, this starts to look more and more as if it's not the "discounted" filter that's broken, but the discound itself, as if the games should be on discount, but are not.

Agree, but thats the way Ive seen it since the beginning

What makes me to hesitate is the Absolute silence from this store
which drives my thinking
moving from mistake/error/glitch
to nasty things like deceptive design, dark patterns...
false advertising... why not
I just found a new wrinkle...

Sorting the wishlist by "discounted" still brings up many games that are NOT discounted...

... but...

... it also is NOT showing some games that are discounted.

For example:

The Saboteur is currently on sale for $4.99 USD

The Saboteur is on my wishlist.

If I sort my wishlist by "discounted"...

... The Saboteur DOES NOT show in the results.

I regularly check / sort my wishlist instead of browsing sales' pages. But now the wishlist sort is COMPLETELY broken. C'mon GOG! :(

That's the original issue that's been around for at least half a decade.
