If you are talking about Galaxy, click on the cog on the bottom left to open the options.

As Geralt said on the bottom left there is a cog symbol that if you click you will have the option to turn off Galaxy from running on start up. (Should be a box you uncheck)

Have you tried turning off caps lock? Works 8 out of 7 times.
