Basically what you can do is walk over to the toilet without getting up - either take the chair with you and walk while sitting on it, or walk in the same position as when you're sitting. It might look like a funny crabwalk, but better than having it in your pants! ;)

Also if you're afraid of your colleagues laughing or ridiculing you - it happens to everyone and it's natural, so if they're good friends or people, they won't mock you for it and will understand, and if they're not, they don't matter! So go and try it! :)
