The money back guarantee states I have to contact the Support Team for issues a game might have.

My issue is bad first impression because I bought King Arthur: Collection from the Paradox sale because the game reminded me of Total War games.

But upon playing it, it just doesn't have the same amount of polish as a Total War game.

And I am basing this on Battles alone because the controls and the formation options are not as deep as modern Total War games.

I just bought this today and I know demanding now sounds kinda a petty but I expected this game to be of the same quality as Total War.

It's just your fellow gamers here on the forums.

Well, there were practically no people from Poland in King Arthur's England. You should have informed yourself before buying. :)

Buyer beware - a change of mind isn't (usually) covered by returns
You can ask - but you aren't entitled to a refund for "bad first impressions"

Were you there? :P

I kid. :D When I read your post all I could think of was Kevin Costner trying to convince us he was English. XD

But I remember this site proclaiming you can get a refund for any reason at all?

Sorry, only preorders, in-dev games, and technical issues (a game not running on your system) are covered by refunds.

You must have heard wrong; GOG doesn't allow refunding for any reason at all. Steam is more generous in that regard because they allow a 2-hour refund window for any reason.

Only if you havne't downloaded the game yet.

Hmmm, I'm not seeing the language i remember seeing now, but I seem to recall refunds being for games not working, game purchased but not downloaded (within a time limit), and within fourteen days if it is an in development title.

Edit: looking through the support page about refunds, I can't seem to find anything about refunding if it hasn't been downloaded yet any more. They changed that I guess, or I'm just remembering wrong. That leaves if the game isn't working or if it is in development and its been within 14 days of purchase.

Elmo has been here a looooong time, everyone likes him, and he obviously isn't a scammer.

GOG should make an exception here.
This seems to be an issue with expectations mostly. These games aren't from the Total war universe. They are somewhat similar though so I can see the confusion. I absolutely love these games though. Mix between RPG and Total war.

That said, if you're used to full feature total war games by now they'll probably feel dated.

I;m more curious why someone from Puerto Rico is concerned about Poland. Seriously asking.

That's because Steam is DRM site and has more control over your purchased games.

It's an actual upside of DRM ^^

Not exactly .

In my case : Stardew Valley ( bought 2016-12-28 , refund received in GOG Wallet funds 2017. 06. 16 )

Quoting from my Gog support ticket .
Usually we cannot do this after such a long time, but since you are a loyal customer, we have made an exception for you and converted the purchase into GOG Wallet funds. Have a great day!
Bought the game for my godson ( he overhyped the game after looking let's play videos ) . Installed , he only played for a few hours and found it boring .
