First tried install a few weeks ago of the newest Divinity Game - started at around 1:00 AM and left it go all night. In the morning, it was at 85% and not going up. Every time I try to reinstall or install another game, this old install blocks the new action. Anyone have any ideas? (PS - Galaxy is being used). Also, on my library page, it says this game is installed?

EDIT: I went ahead and aborted. Perhaps not the right thing to do since it already sucked in so much band width but I can now at least try to reinstall or install another game. Still would like to hear how I could have fixed this without having to start over.

Download the offline installer, i've seen far too many times Galaxy stalling.
Hey! You can indeed try to download the offline installer via your browser. You can also try to adding GOG Galaxy to your antivirus/firewall whitelist. If it does not help, I would recommend to contact us via this form: http://bit.ly/GOGTechnical.
