Hear ye, hear ye!

We couldn't be happier to announce that Kingdom Come: Deliverance II and its Gold Edition are coming DRM-free to GOG this Spring!

It's time to start preparing for Henry's next adventures in this potentially GOTY-worthy RPG from our friends at Warhorse Studios.

Ready to crown your library with this beautiful creation and keep it forever? Because we sure are!
thats really soon considering how long we had to wait for skyrim...
I bought the first game on Steam but i'm gonna buy the sequel on GOG :)

I will wait until i upgrade my old GTX 1060 PC though.
First game is incredible. Thrilled to hear the sequel's coming to GOG too. I'll wait.
Ah, good for others but after I'd read that the game was technically largely the same as the original I was hoping my aging system could barely cover it but the requirements are indeed too high. It'll be a few years before I get to try it.

Jesus Christ be praised!
Looking forward to this one!
Finally :) Wondered if I had to wait few years for GOG release, but I was positively surprised :)
Instabuy on release / preorder :)

Not surprised regarding this game because the devs many months ago, already was spelling out their "good attitude" toward a GOG release; and those devs are known for keeping their promise and words, pretty honest people from what i can say (which is not always the case for every dev). It was only a question of time for a release. However... it surely was even faster than i would have guessed. I had in mind it should arrive this year, but it seems it will be here already somewhere in the spring.

Vainamoinen: If the game is really successful however, you'll wait until Summer or possibly in vain.
That's a weird headcanon, you know agreements are a thing, right? if the publisher offered a spring release, that's what GOG is getting, nothing is left up in the air or under conditions, spring means spring
Agreements totally depends on the publishers and sometimes even on the devs (some devs got more influence than others... related to the agreements they made). On this game i think there is no reason to doubt the "spring release". Still.. the spring time is until May, so they got some headroom left.

idbeholdME: Wow, nice. After the initial Denuvo rumors, I was expecting like a 6-12 month delay at best. In fact, was about to ask in one of the previous KCD 2 threads, if anybody had heard/seen/read any rumors about a potential GOG release.
I was over 90% sure there will be no Denuvo... rumors are not always true... and even on Steam it will have the usual DRM (at least for a year after release) but not Denuvo.

Tell that to Atlas Fallen, which was supposed to come out in September 2023 (A month after Steam) and ended up coming out in October 2024 (over a year later after Steam).

(You must copy & paste the above URL, because GOG's hyperlink removes the archive part)

GOG releases can and do get delayed, or outright cancelled. Various "Coming Soon" pages sometimes disappear without anyone even noticing.

Thank you Warhorse and GOG!

This will be an instant buy for me.

I really liked the first game a lot!

All the best!

OK, I watched the trailer a second time. Still seems too random for the duration of 2m40s because of the many cut scenes. And given the duration it's not any teaser trailer (I'd accept randomness if such).
Seems the video is directed to returning Customers, i.e. ones who don't care about the quality of the prev or next trailer. Odd, why make any efforts for a trailer then? You want me to go watch the KC: D I trailer??? No way.
Ehh, not my kind of game. But very cool that we're getting more big titles day one over here. |3
