Is there any way you could find the achievements you haven’t achieved yet? I’m not talking about the ones that you achieved but the ones that are remaining

In the Galaxy client you press the "SHOW ALL" button, under the achievements section. The colored achievements will be the ones you got, and the grayscale ones, are ones you have left.

Yes, there is a hidden achievement which you can only get by finding all the achievements. So unfortunately you haven't achieved anything yet.
