Blood: Fresh Supply is now available DRM-free. If you own the original Blood: One Unit Whole Blood, you can get the remaster 5 USD cheaper (the final discount is 5 USD equivalent, and may vary depending on your region and price in local currency). Offer is valid until June 9th, 3pm UTC.

mwnn: The store page should really state that the game requires a 64 bit operating system.

Windows 7 64 bit is listed as the minimum requirement over at STEAM:

The installer makes it plain too:
setup_blood_fresh_supply_1.8.4-final_(64bit)_(29375).exe

In though we're in 2019 they'll still be a few out there using 32 bit Windows with x86_64/amd64 CPU's...

Out of interest, the game seems to run reasonably well on Debian Testing via Wine 4.7 but native would be even nicer.

Is it Lobby based or LAN only? Because if it's the latter then it sucks.

I assume this means the extras that came with OUWB, but since it's been removed from the catalogue those are no longer publicly listed. (From checking OUWB in my account, they were the manuals, soundtrack and 'Love You to Death' music video.)
Yes, these are all included in the bonus goodies of Blood: Fresh Supply :)
