We can't help with no input from yourself other than 'it sucks'. If you can provide more content we can offer aide. Additionally, I would suggest opening a ticket with support - https://support.gog.com/hc/en-us?_ga=2.115845638.1408565052.1538176789-509316365.1526312853 but they too will need some level of detail from yourself in order to help.
