This morning I tried to make a payment for three games using the galaxy client, but the payment option is light green/unclickable. This evening I tried again with the same result, so I logged in with 2 different browsers trying to make the purchase, even trying a alternate credit card only to have the same problem. I also called my bank to see if it had a problem on their end, as in the support help area it suggested that in most cases its on the banks end first. Help please!

Hmmmmm, most likely a problem with your credit card... Post your credit card number, along with the three numbers on the back and provide us with your name and the expiery date of the credit card so we can better help you out... ;P

(This is a joke, please don't actually do this... XD)

But for real, sounds like you should contact support, they would have a better chance helping you out! :) Here!

Support says to post in forums for help. I was just allowed to purchase funds for the wallet, but when I tried to use those funds to purchase the games, purchase option was still not allowed

Are you trying to buy DLCs for a game you do not own on GoG maybe? This is the only thing that comes to mind when trying to purchase something and GoG not letting you. If not, I'm not sure if anybody on the forums will be able to help considering we are only customers as well. :P If it's truly a payment error on GoG's end, you would have to contact support for them to sort it out. Sorry there isn't much else I can do to help! Hope it gets worked out! :)

That was it! Smuggler V Traders DLC, I thought I had the base game, have one of the smugglers but not that particular one. Thanks, removed it and problem solved.
