The Sims 2 and The Sims!

Wouldn't mind more of those Bioware romance games either. (Dragon Age and Mass Effect)

Lord_Kane: They just want you to consume current products and then get excited for the next product.
Now that's obviously not all they want. What they really want is for their players to engage in synergistic long term relationships with the games they play. They want gamers involved in and participating in the community, to provide a feedback loop that is mutually beneficial to all parties involved. So that the games can evolve over time and provide the optimal best possible experience which will allow for maximum recurrent user spending.

TLDR: They want you hooked on those FIFA card packs like a meth head on crack.

Battlefield 1942
Battlefield Vietnam
Battlefield 2
Battlefield Bad Company (it'd be needed to be ported to PC)
Battlefield Bad Company 2
Battlefield 3
Battlefield 4

I don't care about the multiplayer, though others may do. I just love to play these games against the AI. Battlefield 1942, Vietnam and BF2 are most urgent, they don't work well with Windows 10: where I to install them, there's no way of deinstalling, as the uninstall for Bf1942, BFV and BF2 gives an error when trying to uninstall on Windows 10. Plus installing them from CD-ROM or DVD is a pain in the ass, with the code having to be entered for every expansion separately and all the shifting of discs. I would love to have this game install hassle-free without DRM.

Looking at what the AAA videogame industry is like, right now. I can't help but think that even Walter White would want to keep away from that shit!

I mean, even he had standards.

Just wanted to remind you that you can redeem BF 1942 and 2 CD keys on Origin and those copies work flawlessly on Win 10.BF Vietnam is a bit of a sucker to get going and the awesome ingame music doesn’t play without fiddling in the ini files. I know, it is not an excuse to not have the games here :). Cheers

EDIT: Forgot to mention that BF 2142 can also redeemed on Origin although not without a fierce battle between you and EA support. For some reason they really don’t want people to own it :/

I tried, but all codes give a 'this code is invalid' error. Apparently, with the removal from sale of those games, EA also removed the option to redeem the codes for the games.

In English: a number of our classic games can't be redeemed and can only be played if you still own the game on disc, mentioning Bf1942 and BfVietnam. Which sucks, knowing that working versions do exist but I can't redeem them even though I own the games :-(

No worries. Just open up a ticket with EA support and choose Origin as the cause of the issue. Look for the live chat with an EA advisor option. I can confirm you that Battlefield 1942, 2 and 2142 can be activated on your Origin account just not through the regular method. They will ask you to verify your account and provide them your CD key. Good luck.

EDIT: Battlefield 1942 used to be on the list of redeemable games but EA is at it again, but Battlefield Vietnam never had a digital release sadly.

Command and Conquer Ultimate Collection

Plants VS Zombies 1 GOTY

End of story.-
Thing is they might move to steam but you still will have to launch origin each time so I don't understand what the difference is except that you have to now have 2 launchers open...But if they ever consider bringing some more games here I would be interested in some dragon age games , need for speed , mass effect, crysis , sims 2 and 3 and some old fifa games.
