Cyprus is just the formal residence of the company. The servers are in Great Britain, though for whatever reason the https pages come from a server with a Canadian IP.

That's a common misconception. They don't actually grow on trees, TET just hangs them up by their feet from the trees to encourage blood flow to the brain.
