Wait a minute, what exactly was so bad about that post, the word "badass"? Seriously? Have these guys ever played one of their own games? 8 year old kids curse worse than that during those matches. My 10 year old says worse things while playing Pokemon.

Considering he was talking about Germany (btw, "Badass" is certainly not a word I would use to describe my home country), maybe he was making some very uncalled praises about a certain time in Germany.

Maybe something along the line "Sure those Nazis were bad, but their tanks were cool and in the war Germany was badass".

Honestly I fail to see the point... EA is a disease.
I do not care who said what, where on the subject of which digital distributor,
What I care for is the unacceptable corporate behaviour as demonstrated by EA and/or its representatives.

Well he ostensibly included his whole post which actually spoke about multiple countries and said someone was "almost as badass as Germany", I have no idea if there was a time frame around which the debate centered, regardless calling them "badass" hardly seems grounds for banning. It isn't exactly hate speech by itself. Now additional context to the conversation could make it hate speech, but I have no idea whether that happened or not.
