alvorsam: I've tried to locate something as simple as this company's email address..! Hope anyone can help. Been searching high and low, on the front page and on the pages linked to at the bottom (the ones with smaller font).
They do of course prefer the contact form, but I have yet to get a reply from using this.
This is both unsatisfactory and disturbing, and I really need an answer from those guys.

Please know that I have been using GOG.com for two years now, and have several shelves of games i have been buying over these years -- I'm telling you this guys, so you won't confuse me with some kid who just got here and immediately starts wailing and banging on the doors.

DaoJones: I believe they don't have support on the weekends or have you been trying to contact them even longer? I know I read a few GOG replies asking the poster to resend the form just in case. Like the previous poster said, I don't believe they have a public e-mail address.

alvorsam: It's been two weeks since I filled out the form; I always cut-paste anything that I send via contact forms and note the date, to keep track of the process. I was thinking of sending the same text as email, so thanks for the help everyone, thank you reaver894 for the address!alvorsam:
