It's actually the weekend today, so you know our contest weekend keeps on rolling--and the stakes are rising! If you've got the free time today, we have just the thing to keep you entertained on a cold afternoon; another contest. We will be running three more contests throughout the weekend, and a new one starts right now!

To give you guys a break from brain teasing and word jumbles, we offer you a caption contest. This weekend's special sale is on Anuman games, so take a look at the screencaps on the game pages from any of their games in our catalog and find the perfect caption. Draw on a speech bubble, or maybe make a motivational poster. Whatever you do, you'll have until 6.59 EST tomorrow (13.11.11) to come up with something witty or trenchant and send it to contest@gog.com with the subject line "GOG.com 2011 Caption Contest". We'll announce all of our contest winners on Wednesday, so keep tuned.

From all of the entries, we'll pick 3 winners and gift them 3 $5.99 or $9.99 games of their choice. The heat is on to make an impression in a good way, so warm up those pixel-slicing machines and show us what you can do.

Bonne chance, and be sure to check back tomorrow for our last two contests!
The poor mailbot appears to have given up, after the mailbox hit over 2,500 between the first two contests.

That's, um, rather more than we're accustomed to seeing for these things.

As for this contest, pick a screencap from one of the game pages for an Anuman game. Add a caption of your own devising that is funny, creative, or clever.

And don't worry, tomorrow you will see both the most creative puzzle yet as well as the most difficultly brainy one yet.

Good luck to all!

wormholewizards: I guess just like yesterday contest, they will pick the latest one and throw away your previous entry.
Yes, indeed. For fairness' sake.

Fujek: Ouch!
A 0.8% chance... you're bursting my bubble of winning a free game here! *sniffs*
Out of curiosity, are you allowed to reveal how many unique users have been visiting GOG during these two days?
I wouldn't care to reveal exact numbers, but look at it this way: a few months ago we revealed that we're large enough where we see a million unique classic gaming fans a month. You can do the math from there and get a rough idea. ;)
