Is there any site where you can buy Diablo 2 + LoD(bundled or not) without DRM? Can you get it on Gamersgate, or Desura, or...

Battle.net.

EDIT: Starcraft Anthology and Warcraft 3 RoC / TFT are DRM-free too.

Also battle.net is the only digital download where you can actually purchase them.

And it's DRM free? Really?

Yes, it is.

Offline serial number activation. Do you count that as DRM?

(similar to Penumbra / Amnesia)

Nope:) thanks.
If you can find boxed copies off D2, for less money, using the serial number at Battle.net will activate the game for you on your account, and you'll be able to download the DRM-free release.

Oooo! Good info. I'll have to dig up my games. I got them at Goodwill ages ago but still haven't played it. I hated the demo when it came out and opted for Darkstone instead. (still not regretting that decision -- Darkstone is awesome!)

Cool! I never played WC3 because it had some sort of online activation and at the time it came out I didn't have internet at all. But if I can download it with an offline activator...
You do need a CD key but it will give you unlimited activations and it's offline activation. You can find the CD key in your Battle.net profile after you purchase the game.

You can even redeem a CD key there to add one of the games to your profile for download. One of the best gaming scores of my life was getting a CD key for Warcraft III Battle Chest from a dusty old CD in the back of my local Goodwill. Cost me a buck.

Second-hand shops can yield great finds, always rummage through. I once found Sins of a Solar Empire for $2 USD.

Doesn't work that way here in Romania:( More than 85% of all games here are pirated, so no chance for such a find in a second-hand shop...
