This was an amazing movie. At first, the whole nature you probably saw in the trailers about not wanting them here will make you feel like the director's got his head stuck far up his own ass. However, thirty minutes into the movie, it becomes much more than that. The only true disappointing part was the ending, which could have been so much more if they were to do...something, I don't really know.
Neill Blomkamp's surreal style will be familiar to anyone who's seen his short films, and this one doesn't disappoint. I see big projects in this director's future. Hope those movie houses are sorry now for not putting his Halo treatment into production...
