So, lemme put a geek and a nerd in a situation.
If a geek has sex he finishes.
If a nerd has sex he never finishes....
Sounds like I'm a geek them since I get everything I set out to accomplish done.

Geek: eccentric, odd, really into the lore of 'fandom xyz'.
Nerd: Tends to focus strongly into a specific area, little interest/knowledge in others.
Though there is really no difference, but for what it is worth, my dictionary tells me that Geeks bite of the heads of farm animals as a carnival act.
