Hopefully you have managed to refill your "gaming change bank" to take advantage of our next round of incredible deals.

Starting from tomorrow we'll be offering special one-day promos on some of GOG.com's "hidden" gems. These quick promos will be made in a similar way to our usual "GOG.com Gems Promo" that we've been running for some time now. Just like the Wednesday promos, we're going to highlight some of the lesser known classics in our catalogue. With this newspost we're giving you a heads-up that you should check back GOG.com every day until 25th of July. We'll be offering all of the hidden gems of this promo for sale at 60% off, so keep your eyes peeled so you don't miss out on a great deal for a game you've been waiting to buy for months. Well, this is very disappointing definition if there isn't any post date. Is possible to date the GOG news/contributions? It would be great... Fortunately, I am in right place at the right time. :)
Most GoG.com news and annoucement are between 13-15 GMT+1 time zone.

Gilou: D3D, Alone in the Dark, Nwn, King's Quest, Icewindale, XIII... these may be gems, but not really hidden gems. I think that GoG will promote games that are not great grang games, but rather less famous games
Well, there's still hope, as Sanitarium is hardly hidden either.

You misunderstood them.
They meant that poor Cook's trying to hide his last copy of the game in Jamaica, but the evil EnigmaticT is going to sell it off for cheap. That's why the deal only lasts for a single day as well, or to be more precise, a single copy, but they didn't dare to say that, fearing a rush on the server.

The discounts (60% off) surely sounds nice....

I have some comments though :
If you are going to offer a 60% off discount on some titles only and you then pick items like single items out from a series then I think that that would definitely spoil the fun.....
But as you (GOG.com) are probably aware of that then I don't think that you would pick such single titles anyway....
That on the other hand might have a tendency to lower my expectations as with respect to titles that GOG are going to offer so I think that we (potential buyers) probably ought to focus on the "hidden" part of the Hidden Gem Promos , understood as we probably ought to expect this to be a time were GOG is trying to promote the games that generally have less interest and sells less (seller/GOG term : "lesser known classics").

How did you know it?! Since TheEnigmaticT is in GOG.com people at the office start loosing their games, like for example beginning of June Resil and Firek lost their copies of Wing Commander: Privateer and Ultima Underworld and couple days later BAM! their on GOG.com for less than $6! There's some crazy stuff going on.

I moved first from Poland to Papua New Guinea and to Jamaica, but still my copy of Sanitarium is no longer with me ;/. I really do hope angelsong will take a good care of it.

Nope I didn't refill my "gaming change bank". :(

Gotta figure how to get these dailies as I didn't expected GOG would have promos just after the interplay staycation. Daily deals on GOG now, a very good surprise though.
