You don't need a video camera as there are plenty of audio only uploads on youtube. As for the mic, well, I can't help you there :D

sloganvirst: It still needs some sort of visual thing to work doesn't it? I've never used Youtube for uploading before, as you can tell. :)

The mic I am using is only a cheap one anyway, from a rockband kit and then using the logitek drivers with Audacity
Most audio only youtube uploads used a picture for the entire "video" :D
