What's a limeraiku? It's two haiku that combine into a limerick. It's best to show by example:
Spring turns to Summer
unceasing; I lie awake
without sleeping. It’s
Not just the moans, it’s
dry rat’tling bones! Again, the
zombies and streaking.
Little known fact: a streaking zombie is, in fact, just a walking skeleton.
