these are just a few of the games we have at my company that could potentialy make it onto GOG.com if we can get a deal going, anyone care to see some of these up?
• Wolfenstein 3D
• Age of Empires 2 Gold
• Age of Mythology
• Alien Vs. Predator Gold
• No One Lives Forever
• Grand Theft Auto 2
• Resident Evil 3
• Diablo
• Soldier of Fortune Gold
Firstly, isn't GTA 2 free in the first place? Assuming you mean GTA 3.

we have an original master of gta2, i remember it being free at some point but i just put it up anyway
I am very curious as to the nature of this "company", since those are spread across a wide number of publishers and developers.
What kind of company are you, anyway, since those games are owned by different publishers? Anyhow, you can contact GOG through here for any business inquiries.
Typical publisher . . . totally out of touch with business protocol . . . must be legit . . . eh? . . . =)

We Aquired Empire Interactives Game library after they closed and these are in them, they are there bc empire worked with those devs and pubs in the past and we could potentialy renew them which im in the process trying to do, showed a few higher ups the gog website and they like the idea of puting them on here maybe, i'd love to see hem up i'd buy them myself lol

These are pretty good games, so yeah, get 'em onto GoG.
just a question
why the little fish , why not the big sharks ?
Fair enough, I definitely wouldn't mind seeing those here. Although, I am still not certain about the potential legal issues related to this (and GoG might want to avoid this, if only to not peeve off the ACTUAL IP-holders).

there are no announcement's, just getting everyone's opinion, my bosses would like to know if it's something people would want, and not something that would just cost them money. nothing is official, just talk right now

Looking through the wiki and moby games lists for empire interactive I see nothing mentioned about any of those games you listed.
Now assuming this is real and you can actually aquire world wide publishing rights for those games I'm sure most of them would sell fairly well.
