TwoHandedSword: I'm surprised BlueMooner isn't already in this thread, complaining that his ears were burning.

Momo1991: That might be because he happens to be she ;-)

In any case, lest we forget history ;-p

Momo, BlueMooner is actually a very clever A.I. construct and, thus, beyond such things as gender :P

Momo1991: Well she is God and everyone knows that God is female ;-p
Hmmm, this is tough to reply to in a joking kind of way since it's encroaching on something that is near and dear to a lot of people so I'll just say nothing at all :)

BillyMaysFan59: GOG's alright, I'm sure. They're just preparing for their grand return :)
An ancient ev...I mean GOG awakens! :P
It's worth noting that GOG.com has pretty much always waited until the second half of January to start releasing titles after the end of the holiday sale. Don't worry, we even have lined up a great adventure game for you guys to get our classic releases started back up. Look for it tomorrow, actually. :)

Phaidox: Any "enigmatic hints" you'd like to share with us?
No hints for you! :P

Crosmando: "great adventure game"

Phaidox: NEVERHOOD or TOONSTRUCK CONFIRMED!
Take your pick. :)

Fever_Discordia: Another Microids/Amuman title would seem most likely - The second Dragon's Lore or DREAMS to Reality, maybe?
avatar
Phaidox: DtR belongs to a different genre (Tomb Raider-esque action-adventure). Hmm... I don't think there are any genuinely "great" adventures Microids have yet to release on GOG, we've got the most important ones covered.

EDIT:

tfishell: I've tried at least twice to get in touch with Chaosium people (the apparent owners of the "Call of Cthulu" trademark), and the emails just won't get through. I did get through to Greg Stafford who used to work at Chaosium, and I just now sent an email seeing if he can help me.

Crosmando: I thought everything Lovecraft was now public domain?
I think Lovecraft's original works may be public domain but any original works using his concepts and what not are not public domain, I think. Standard " I am not a lawyer"blurb goes here :D
