It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).
We suggest you upgrade newer and better browser like: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Opera

This is a rare bug and has been fixed. We'll push it in a future update. All you can do for now if it occurs is to restart the downloader. Sorry for the trouble :)

timppu: A quick question: is this supposed to work also from corporate networks (behind proxies etc.)? I think the official GOG downloader doesn't, so at work (where I could download in the background with good speed as I work) my only option was to use the web browser downloads.
The new downloader uses normal http requests so it's rather your company's security policy that is preventing the downloader from working. You can of course run it and PM me the contents of the logger file.

timppu: If you are referring to the official (beta) GOG downloader where I asked the same: I tested it before, and it works ok from corporate network. The old, official, GOG downloader didn't work from behing a proxy.

I'm a bit confused though which downloader you are referring to, as this thread is apparently about one of the unoffical downloaders made by users? I haven't tested this unofficial JGOGDownloader yet.
Well you were referring to the "official downloader", that's why I wrote a comment. If the new downloader works fine for you, then I'm happy ;)

fr33kSh0w2012: It's not a bad bug it's just annoying!
Well it only should happen when you loose Internet connection and our inside timer tries to refresh your status.

Does it happen to you often? Please PM me the reply, we don't want to off-topic here.
