wodmarach: we now get 1 rep per day for the first post.. that didn't start till a few months ago.. plus we've all been downrepped a few times over the years.. hell I was over 500 yesterday some people don't seem to like me saying a certain indie game is overpriced >.>
The 1 rep per day you post has been in effect for years, not months. I had it in the original website/forum FAQ I wrote over two years ago.

I've been down repped a LOT more than I thought then >.> I've posted almost every day I've been here (828 days apparently) and have had huge rep injections from giveaways and I'm back at 439!

Even had he -- as you just did -- posted a link to that video, I would not have interpreted it as a "comeback". Just a dire lack of creativity.

Bapabooiee: There are only local vendors - you can't really find them online.

But if you do find such a vendor, all you need to do is give them your GOG username and password so that they can empty-out the rep in your account. It usually takes about a month to process, after which you'll receive your money.

I did have a down repping stalker at one stage where literally every post I made was down repped outta view... thankfully unlike gamerager it only lasted about a week

Tell me about it. I've been here almost 4 years, have answered many forum questions, got tons of upvotes for posts like the FAQ, and while I have had stretches where I didn't participate for a week or maybe as much as a month at a time, I should still have almost 300 more rep for just the daily participation I have had. Unfortunately, I have pissed off some people around here for a multitude of reasons (none of them good, of course) and that has cost me. Not that it really matters anyway, rep is still meaningless in the long run.

Yeah, people get PO'd and I realized that rep doesn't matter and for now on, milestones (mine) will based on days. So next time I hit a milestone. It'll be on days. And days don't matter either but milestones are sort of cool I guess.
