Congratulation
Soon you be fighting over the controller.
Congrats!
Don't let him play Dungeon Keeper. It will only learn to master his basement prison and send his rat minions to kill you in your sleep.
Congratulations on the baby. I think I would recommend Leisure Suit Larry which should teach him some valuable lessons :D.

On a more serious note I would say start with some 2d platformer's as they are not really too complicated but can differ in difficulty. Kirby, Mario, Sonic, ect.
I accidentally read "tell me what name should I have for him?"

Which made most of these replies hilarious.

"We're so proud of you, Rayman 1."
"Now paging Die by the Sword to the front desk."
"I'm thinking about giving you that big promotion, Dungeons of Dredmor."

EDIT: Of course I forgot to actually say this, but congratulations!

Oh god...that is brilliant :D but kinda worse then naming your child Dovahkiin :D
So cute. I know my first video games were the old Putt Putt and Fatty Bear games, so I recommend those! :)
My first big PC game was Doom 2, when I was 5 or 6 years old, but because there's no Doom here, I'll suggest Duke Nukem 3D or Blood, should be fine.

You spelled it wrong
I thank you all!! I'll do my best to make him proud GOGer;)
I told my wife that if he is born 11.11.11 then I'll name him dovahkiin.
She said she'd kill me:)
1990's Prince of Persia, of course! :-P
Awesome and congratulations.

Remember to teach him how to get your money back from hookers.
