On PC?
(also on [url=http://www.desura.com/games/reflex]Desura)
Titan Attacks!
Tyrian. It's one of my favourite games. Also, it's free.
Thanks guys!

I wish GOG had more Shmups. Also, does anybody know when <<RefleX>> will be available here?

Raiden Legacy is a pretty good collection of old games, that also has multiplayer.

Hardly. You don't see those Japanese-type games here...
but maybe they change, and we'll see the entire Tale of Alltynex on GOG. ;p

That would be an awesome day - "IF" GOG would release this one Tale of Alltynex, and thanks guys for all your help!

Ahhhh, Yeah. You are speaking my language. Some of the best shmups came out one pc.

Some of the best are:
Ether Vapor Remaster (Steam)
Sine Mora (Steam)
Gundemonium Recollection (Steam)
Ikaruga (Steam)
Danmaku Unlimted (Steam)
Raiden 3
R-Type Collection
Raiden Legacy
eXceed collection (steam)

Crimzon Clover is one of my favorites. You can try to contact Yotsubane, if you speak Japanese. If not, check out the usual sources. It is very much worth playing.

I just noticed that you wanted shumps on gog.com
There are some slim picking there. I think there is 2.

It's not vertical but I would recomand "Hydorah" : it's free and very good (but not here).

Vertical but not here too (I hope it'll change one day ^^): "Jamestown" which I founded really cool (nice graphics and music). And I thought the multiplayer "system" was done in a smart way

Not on GOG but the best is Warblade. There's a demo on their site.

And it can be voted for here : http://www.gog.com/wishlist/games/warblade

Actually, I think there is five:
Aqua Kity
Humans Must Answer
Raiden Legacy
Raptor: Call of the Shadoes
Tyrian

But as he asked only vertical shooters.. so it's 2. :)

Second you on that. Jamestown is great, it's particularly fun in coop. Too bad it's not on GOG.

Yeah, Jamestown is really good!

and I agree with Hydorah.
Raiden Legacy and Raptor are definitely worth picking up, as is Tyrian(free) of course. I know these were mentioned already but GOG doesn't have a lot.

It's not vertical, but I'll also throw Stargunner out there since it's free.

I really hope to see Ikaruga, The Tale of Alltynex, the eXceed Collection, etc come out here.

The enemy sprites make me think of Galaga.
