Also, a small public service announcement:

If you see the words "Review Build" in the main menu, keep calm and be aware that the game IS final not a beta and those words were a minor oversight which is in the process of being corrected as I type this.

The game storywise is complete :) There are no hidden "Thanks for playing! Buy next episode pl0x!" (This statement is to assuage any trepidation that comes around whenever there's a pre-order turning into a released game situation)

DyNaer: The deluxe updrade game card doesn't clearly mention what the customer get ; the customer have to check the bonus section

they obviously just cut & padt the eher one description for the dlc upgrade... except for the bonus content of course....
Because the Deluxe Edition of Ether One has all of the deluxe content available for the eye to see right off the bat whereas the Imperial Edition of Dragon Commander had a dragon skin and a map that you can't actually see until you buy the game. That's why some of that was mentioned in its upgrade package :)

if it's just because one has 0MB & the other 41MB for download size, that's ridiculious....
Why do the same task twice? Everything listed in the row of goodies for the Deluxe Edition is what you get with the Deluxe Edition. As I stated before, if there was something within the actual game i.e. an extra level, a side mission, bonus in-game items that could ONLY be accessed via buying the Deluxe/Imperial/Etc. edition of a game then yes, we would most definitely list it somewhere on the card, most likely in the "What's cool about it?" section.

Look, we do this with games that have Gold Editions on here where we state "X game includes Y and its expansion Z" because that's not something that's readily apparent until you actually boot up the game. The bonus goodies for Ether One's Deluxe Edition are listed for all to see so there's no need to tell someone twice that they are getting such and such items with a given version of a game.

DyNaer: well i clicked on the regular edition , and right after on the deluxe upgrade. And for me, i found quite odd, there no mention about the content of the updrade in the section 'what''s cool about it'.

yes you write again what it's written in the bonus content part, and ? where's the problem , you made the same for divinity dragon commander dlc.

if it's just because there no real added in-game content, well, that's not an excuse. (that's avaible for other game in this case). Just my opinion.

However ; i have no problem with the Ether One Deluxe Edition , my problem is with the DLC upgrade page.
So check the card again :P

The Deluxe version does include the Standard version of the game. The game is the same, just the bonus goodies differ :)

budejovice: Is the Mac version still coming on schedule? I'm starting to lean towards pre-ordering after reading some of the reviews (thanks for the links, zeffyr), but can't game at work...
We're hoping to get it within the next two weeks but only time will tell as to when we'll get it :)
