I can't say the reading wasn't entertaining because if it was, I wouldn't have read everything (and I hate to read).
Regardless of if you are going to see this post or not: No, I'm not challenging you on UT since I'm bad at FPS.
Your idea is interesting, sounds like Playstation Plus but without the free games you have access to until you are no longer subscribed.
I think I understand your concern, however, you must understand that there is no such thing as the "Perfect Security System" or a failproof safebox.
I'm also aware that there are people who steal and unfortunately the law allows them to do it (insurance companies, banks, music companies, phone companies, etc.) and even worse, we have to "deal with it".
Anyway, back on topic, I think I share the same opinion as most: Bad idea here, might work somewhere else.

PS: Ultima IV, and World of Ultima: Savage Empire are 2 of the best RPG games ever, in fact, you should thank Ultima IV for having an icon representing you (AKA Avatar). Just because you didn't receive a FPS game doesn't mean the free games you got are bad quality and saying that was what almost caused me to give you a -1 rep, because you rated excellent games as "low quality".
