@hedwards

You are speaking like your opinion is a fact.
"You lose out on the experience"

"you lose out on the experience" too cause you don't experience cheating!!

predcon: Me, ego? I didn't address you directly, nor did I quote you.

hedwards: No, but you did summarize what I was saying in a post immediately following one addressing me. Where I was the previous poster to that as well. And considering that I was the only person who posted in this thread anything at all remotely like that, it's a bit of a stretch to suggest that my ego has anything to do with it.

Regardless of whether or not it was me specifically to which you were responding, it's still pretty arrogant to interpret things in that fashion.
It's pretty damned arrogant to assume that a statement directed at a general audience is meant for one's self, regardless of similarity of content (content interpretation is subjective, and persons of paranoid frames of mind often look for "evidence" of aggression towards them, whether it's there or not) or chronological sequence. A lot of statements are made immediately after other statements, but that doesn't mean that one is a direct response to another.
Well, erm, anyway there were two available and I used the 4-option one the most, not the 9-option one. (There was one part where I went ahead and installed the 9-option one that had the option to freeze enemies, because as the room/lift was going up I had to worry about myself /and/ Farah.) I also had to look at a YouTube walkthrough a few times, but in the end I beat the game. Nice-ish ending, great ending song too. :)

When I knew where I was supposed to go and it didn't involve much fighting, the game was fun - I could swing, bounce between walls, and leap from pillar to pillar pretty well.

Dzsono: May I suggest Cheat Engine - http://cheatengine.org

This utility can be used as a trainer for any game and you don't have any worries about viruses and the like...

If the game stores the value you want to change in a stable place (like all games on GOG, most probably), then giving yourself extra health for a particular section, for example, is ridiculously easy.

I don't use any trainers now, just this!
Thanks for sharing. This is a fantastic program. It comes with an excellent tutorial. I will never need another trainer or cheat code ever again :)
