Bigs: Let's see...

I have less than $4 in my bank account. Even if something came up for $2.99 I couldn't get it as my bank/VISA charges a $4.50 fee for non AUD transactions. Add that to the fact I am currently living and working in a country where it is more trouble than it is worth sending money home...

So no. Unfortunately I won't be spending up big this time around on the GoG sales :(
wait what?
non aud? so you have in australian bank or chinese bank??

Hopefully you can win some of the contests for free game codes GOG (and some forumers) will be having during the winter. :) Also don't forget to pick up Empire Earth for free next Monday if you don't already have it. Best of luck!

My main bank account is Australian. I have a VISA Debit card. Unfortunately VISA/my bank (not sure who is responsible) slap a $4.50 fee on every overseas (non-Australian) transaction. With less than $4 in the bank.. that makes even a $2.99 or whatever purchase impossible.

Chinese bureaucracy makes it anywhere from a royal pain in the arse to virtually impossible to send money out of the country, and my Chinese bank doesn't provide a VISA/MasterCard option, nor the ability to wire money.

Oh well... here's hoping I'll be moving to a more open country sooner rather than later :P

What bank are you using.

I have regular CC but also a debit card which works like CC but can only spend the amount i have on my balance, from NAB.
I pay 14 cents for gog transaction/steam. The same when I pay overseas.

They are robing you blind!

HSBC
Probably - but most of the rest of the account transactions are free... oh well... I'll look into other alternatives at some other point in time
I already have all I want for the most part (66 games) so I won't be buying much. Less than $20
21 strong here.
I know I still want at least 6 games (Baldur's Gate series, Icewind Dale series, Bloodrayne series) and can see myself getting Desperados and Guilty Gear X2 somewhere down the road.

Hoping for the Turok and Turok 2: Seeds of Evil to someday make it to GOG!
Own 85.. On Wishlist 40. I'm going to spend $35-40 aiming for 9.99 bundles or some 'rare-on-promo' (like Ubisoft)
I might get 3 or 5 titles I have my eyes on... vampire redemption for sure... the witcher sale coming up is not very good imho though- amazon and steam had it for lower during their sales and I already have the Witcher enhanced and an extra copy on my account sitting there, so...
46 here and counting, i'll probably pick up between 6-12 games over the Xmas sale.
78 on shelf, 17 on wishlist, and everything from the catalogue I'm even remotely interested in is in one of those two categories. A flat 50% off sounds like it really could persuade me to make it "95 on shelf and waiting for new releases".
I have 188 games including the freebies.
There are 22 games on my wishlist, which I'll probably all buy during the coming sale. Total price for those will be $135,78 *50% = $67.89 which is around €52.
€50-60 is the retail price for new pc games here, so it's a nice deal.
162 GOG titles here. I have no idea how many GOG games I still want, but at least I will get the remaining Gothic games (have 2, so I get Gothic 1+3), Arx Fatalis, Crusader: No Regret, and then work my way up from there. I'm ready to use around $100 now, maybe much more.

The least interesting genres are racing (they don't age as well as other genres IMHO), sports and some city simulation games.

In a way this "all items 50% off" promo takes all the fun out of it, in theory I shouldn't be looking forward to future weekend promos then for quite awhile.

Probably won't be getting anything, since I have a huge backlog.
I only have 19 games on GOG. GOG seems to be getting more and more games that interest me. I might spend about $50-100 during the sale.

Khalaq: Currently, I have 162 games on GOG.com.

My wishlist has 47 games on it, totaling $349.

Even with the Holiday sale coming up, I'm not going to be able to afford to buy everything on my wishlist, but I can easily see myself spending at least $50 on games this season.

What about you guys?
