kekko92mt: no. i've got the original Theme Hospital in Italian , English and others
We occasionally do add other languages to our games as the legal situation permits and we can find the original masters. See this post: http://www.gog.com/news/language_packs_update_10_classic_games

Speaking from personal experience, I have to say that Italian versions of games are sometimes the hardest to find :) Dragon Lore Italian was such a case. Ebay was literally swimming in German, French, and Spanish versions but Italian? Man, that's like winning the lottery :D

Whether Charles Martinet is "Officialy Mario" or not, AFAIC, "Mario's voice" always has, and always shall be, provided by Captain Lou Albano, or by none!
Oh I see someone else watched the TV show :D
