Three4Flinching: I�m thinking about buying one myself. Got one from launch and it�s starting to fall apart.

I knew I needed an upgrade when I took another look at the back of the console and realized I had been using component the entire time. And that I had been using a massive fan to cool the hardware. And that every time I sent in this 360, instead of replacing the broken one, they just fixed it and brought it back to me, when it would break again. This had gone on for a grand total of 8 times. Every time I turned it on was a nail-biting experience.

Yea, one of the reasons to buy a new one for me is to get a new warranty. If I wan´t to get my console fixed i´t will cost me 1200 sek (125 Euro). But it works, most of the time, so I rather wait for the S model.
